SPECIAL VALENTINE'S DAY MENU
Served all Valentine's Day Weekend including Valentine's Day, Mon. Feb 14th (of course!)
4 Course Dinner - $80 per couple
Appetizer
(Each person chooses one of the two items listed below)
--Namasu-style(it's called this because it's not pickled) King Crab Leg with a Shira-Zu Sauce
Steamed King Crab leg atop a vegetable medley of celery, roasted peppers, and
cucumbers. Served with a roasted sesame and tofu sauce. Garnished with a deep-
fried Renkon chip.
--Beef & Tuna Kuro-Kusho Yaki
Thinly sliced seared peppercorn crusted strip loin and tuna. Drizzled with olive oil
and balsamic ponzu sauce. Served with roasted Campari tomatoes.
Soup & Salad
(Each person gets one of each with a choice of salads)
--Miso Soup (our house soup
--Garden Salad (has strips of daikon radish mixed throughout) with our house dressing
OR
--Citrus Salad (strips of daikon radish and orange segments within salad) with a citrus
vinaigrette.
Sushi
--1 2 pieces of nigiri (2pc. each: Shrimp, Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, Flounder, and Unagi)
--Choice of 3 rolls from the following list (Spicy, California, Salmon, Ebi-Ten, Rainbow,
Philadelphia)
Dessert (for two)
Double layer mousse (milk and dark chocolate)
